Complaing staff

the staff said they only have one colonel burger so I had to opt for the zinger option. I ask the for a street wise two and the lady said it going to take forever. I said I will wait. The male chef started complaining and pointing at me. I got the zinger burger and actually they just gave me a crunch burger. I said this is incorrect and the lady denied my allegation. What bad experience. No wonder the kfcs are closing their doors!
