complain about Thembi at kfc gandhi square

i was at kfc on the 12/04/14 , i have never felt so small, A consultant called Thembi in Gandhi Square KFC is very rude, i have ordered an waited 30min just for 4dunked wings, and when i went to her to asked why hasn't she call my number she answered badly saying what was i waiting for because she's not going with numbers but serve who ever is bringing her receipt i understand it Sunday and not all of us would like to work on a Sunday, but giving customers BAD service isn't an options. and i was expecting them to work like all kfc, they always call u by number<br> <br> i would appreciate an apology in writing my from her, and his useless manager who didn't even apologized but walked away as if my complain wasn't one of his worries <br> <br> <br> very angry customer
