Complain about KFC

I went and bought 21 piece bucket and only to get 15 piece of chicken on the 4th of Jan at one of the branch in Durban, the same day I was asked to do a survey for KFC and I did. Later I got a call stating that they still looking aty query and they will come back to me within 48 hours the Murgal for their head office called to let me know that they've informed the branch manager in PMB to contact me and I should wait for his call within 48 otherwise he will contact me again just for follow up and that was the last time I heard from KFC.

I've been send several emails to Murgal with no response, I've even mentioned that I don't want the chicken anymore, I want my money back
