Complain

KFC Capricorn has the worse customer service expecially a lady called Nosiphiwo who m veery difficult for us to order she was very rude with a harsh voice and an irritated face if we were not i' a hurry I was not even going to take that one meal our intention was to have 3 meals but ended up buying one because of the attitude we got from Nosiphiwo, drink was not included in the meal we had to go back. Nosiphiwo must fix her attitude towards customers we all do have bad days but doesn't mean we must take it out on other people
