Complain

Friday 27 Feb around 19:30 bought 9pieces at KFC when I got home it burnt doesn't have spice salt whatever they using smelling of old oil. Tried to call shop couldn't reach them called customer service helped by Thokozani Mahlangu who just clesed the case with apology no reimbur*****t or anything I spent my R150 for apology of something that is not eatable I'm not happy with Thokozani Mahlangu from KFC call centre

By the way I bought meat at KFC kennilworth where the manger was so sweet ND helpful big up ausi Mpho
