Complain

Last night we drove to KFC in Brits Total Garage, was on the drive through waiting to order... When I got to where we should place our order there was no response. Drove to the window where we do payments and there were two employees inside and they just ignored us... Went to the collection window and they also ignored us. Reversed back to the payment window and I opened the window asked if we can get some assistance and they guys just looked at me without saying anything.
