Complain

Good day I am very disappointed as a loyal customer with the service I received from your Mamelodi KFC *** Eunice),Iplaced my order this morning at your call centre at about 11h28 and I spoke to Karabo and she confirmed that I will be receiving my order within 30 to 40 minutes,i should have received my order at about 12h10 I am correct, at about 12h17 I receive a call from the delivery guy telling they don't have coke zero so he will have to cancel my order because its not his fault the store does not have the stock.so we went back and forth with the delivery guy until he said he will give me juice instead of the coke zero, which I said its fine cause really I had no choice since I have been waiting for an hour for my food. Now its 12h44 still am still waiting for my order.
