Complain

We are at Kfc smith street Durban and the waited 35 minutes for the food to come and we had to fight and the whole stuff didn't bother to inform us of what the delay was about even worse we have kids that were starving from the time we entered the shop. Bad service stinking attitude on some of the stuff I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will never ever again set my foot with my friends or family in this mentioned restaurant. They are slower than a snail ive ever seen on top of that they did not offer us any apology including the two managers that are on duty at the moment.
