Complain

I'm writing this to you guys regarding the horrible and annoying service we got today at unit A9, greenstone motorcity Stoneridge road KFC.got there with my colleague he is the one who went to place the order by the till n we ddnt know about the special you guys are having. Until he saw that there's a special and he bought that ×2 and gave themR150 bt when we received the mean it was only one meal,,, we not getting our full meal and again we ddnt get our change then we ask why is it only one meal and the manager came in to sort it out but we still ddnt get our change and the cashier by the name Elsie insisted she gave us change,, it's really annoying and ****ing off because we had to leave that change,, the service here sucks I am a manager myself at another shop and I would say I will never set my foot there again,, ****ed?????
