Complain

I have a complain about the bad service from one of the lady who is the manager at KFC Chris Hani her name is Marongwa when we ask her why did she call the woman who they are working with by not her and when we ask she gave an attitude and I don't think I will go to that KFC even my family won't go there can you please try an give the good leadership
