Complain

I not really happy with the service i got from Kfc at Paulpietersburg (EDumbe) on the 25th of December.,It was 21:00 in a Drive thru placing my order(21 piece,Kiddies meal and a Mash) with the lady by the name of Siphiwokuhle.She told me that they don’t have 21 piece and she ask me to hold so that she can count the remaining pieces which she then confirmed that she has enough pieces for me,I then asked her to give me the mash first and while they prepare the other things.The problem started when i was at the 2nd window waiting for my order and the was a car behind me busy hooting shouting i was make a way for the and at that time the lady by the name of Constantia started shouting why i don’t move for other cars were else they told me to wait for my order in the parking of which they didn’t,I moved to the parking and waited for my order which took more than an hour,I had to go inside to get my order they didn’t not bring it to the car as they promised.When i got the my order was mixed up with someone’s order,I wonder why they have to work on holidays if they don’t want as they were busy talking to each other saying why people are coming to place orders on Christmas Eve they are tired of working they want to go home and Drink.
