Complacent customer service at KFC Diepkloof Square

Complacent staff at KFC Diepkloof Square outlet. I was recently made to wait for service as staff behind the counter leisurely held their private imbizo - to add insult to injury the attendant who served me, ***** no name tag for identification. It also appears that Coke Zero & Sugar Free drinks are perpetually out of stock at this outlet.
