Commercial Road PMB kfc robbing clients 7

This kfc never has the right size cooldrink that is advertisedwith the meal. I ordered a lunchbox which did not come with a cool drink even though i paid for it and I ordered a boxmaster with a cooldrink but also they did not have a cooldrink available as per advertised. This is false advertising. They make you buy a large cooldrink by force otherwise you dont get a cooldrink. This has been happening for month's and you end up paying more than what you asked for. They never have stock of cooldrink and it is wrong for me to buy something I didn't want. This shop must just close down if they can't maintain the standards and fix their machines or buy the right size cooldrink that comes with the meal. My meal never has cooldrink even though I paid for it. Worst of all they don't accommodate the client by charging less for the meal because it's my fault they dont have the meal size cooldrink. This is extremely poor service and I will take this to the CEO because other kfc in the city do not have this problem.
