Colonel Sanders put to shame!

Ordered meal and paid at 19:06 on 5 October and by 19:25 left the outlet in anger (and hungry) as the meal was not ready yet. On arrival I took photo's of the rack. It was empty!. I also took a photo of my watch and till slip. People was standing around, max. 5, and they on a Friday evening! Very bad planning!, Given a Friday night and know it is busy. Sure that Colonel Sanders would have been disappointed, because someone wanted (and paid) for a pieces of his chicken, and could not have it!
