Colonel burger in a snack burger bun

I bought colonel burger meal at KFC Soshanguve crossing and I was later told that you don’t have buns, so they offered me a twister meal instead. After 10 minutes of waiting for my meal, I was then told that I’m gonna get my colonel burger in a snack burger bun. When my order was out the burger was all over the box and not appetising. Had no sauces, and I was given a mini loaf as some sort of compensation. Please KFC, if you only want to sell meat and not proper burgers or twisters, stick to that.
