cold meat afer an hour of waiting

when I see the special of 89 rand 10 piece, I thought is my day and my family but I was wrong, the cashier told me that I will wait for 2 minutes, but unfortunately it end up being 1hour and 20 minute and the meat was not even hot, they told me that their system is malfunctioning.
