Cold meal given to me as a customer

I ordered a box meal at Goldspot kfc in vosloorus at 20h50.The meal , order number 3321 was prepared and instead given to Mr D while I was in the shop. Mr D went with my meal and only to return it back to store at 21h20. There was no apology from the staff. Instead of the meal coming out through the glass window, I received it coming from outside. I am really getting worried now with the attitude of your staff.
