COLD INCORRECT ORDER & 20 MINUTE WAIT

Hi, <br> <br> I went to KFC Palms branch in Pretoria West today 5th June 2015 @ 12H20 & ordered a Tower Zinger rounder & 4 zinger wings which I was looking forward to. I had to literally wait for 20 minutes to receive my order with no update from the staff & this is apart from other frustrated patrons. Upon opening the bag back at the office I realised that they have given me some sort of pineapple rounder which was literally thrown into the box (I have taken pictures to prove & still have my receipt for my order). It was also absolutely cold.<br> <br> This is not the 1st time that I have had bad service from this branch. I love my KFC but If this is service we are to expect from KFC, then I don't want to frequent KFC in the future.<br> <br> KFC Palms is actually giving KFC a bad name with this pathetic service.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Mr P.Govender
