cold food stale food

Yesterday i visited my favourite franchise in soweto protea point mall to be greated by an unfriendly staff member whom didnt look too keen to assist me. The store is not that busy but why do they package food and leave it on the warmer only to sell it to their customers and i was one of those customers who bought a street wise 2 which was so state as if it was left of the warmer too long. the chips were so dry couldn't have them with my mini loaf. It looks like the food are kept on the warmer for so long that they meat became dry and tasteless. PLEASE I URGE HEADOFFICE TO PLEASE VISIT KFC PROTEA POINT AND SEE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND FOOD SERVED TO OUR COMMUNITY...VERY DISGUSTING TO SPEND YOUR LAST CENT ON A STALE MEAL. THEY BRINGING YOUR FRANCHISE DOWN.
