Cold customer

Im a customer and I felt like the service I got at KFC soshanguve was cold. I got there around 10:15 and the cashier there said she had a lot of money and he needed to take it out before she could serve us. When he came back he said he won't be able to prepare our order bcz the cook Gabriel will not cook our meal. Please try to address ur staff if u don't want to work please close ur doors. I'm very upset but this young gentle men served us very nice and cooked our meal
