COLD AND OLD FOOD

Me and some of my co-workers went to Hatfield KFC in Gordon Street. Included in the order were 2 sprinkle pops and coke. Well, the sprinkle pops were half filled ****erally) . ALL of the food was cold and the coke was flat and warm. I did not notice this until we were back at the office and I was unable to go back. This is not the first time we had horrible service/food at this KFC. In previous cases we were promised a refund/replacement order but each time that we went to the branch they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about! UNACCEPTABLE!
