Coke, Engen and KFC having a special!!!

On 20/12/2015 I bought 2 500ml bottles of Coke stating then you can send in your unique code to 32111 and receive a R20 KFC voucher, this i also did a week ago with another unique code, but never got an SMS back, same thing this week, I went to KFC's lady manager who told me its a competition between Coke and Engen, then I went back to Engen, who in turn told me its a competition between KFC and Coke! I'm fed up being sent backwards and forwards with no one taking any responsibility, I but quite a lot at Engen almost everyday and 2 to 3 times a week at KFC and every day I buy Coke, seems to me none of these service providers are fit to provide any service or to be of any assistance to their customers.
