****roach in Krusher

"I just had the pleasure of my enjoying my first kfc oreo crusher and much to my dismay getting to the last of it I discover a full grown ****roach in it. Yip a ****roach. How foes KFC not have the highest levels of sanitary standards. Whilst being sick I'm wondering how this actually happened. Tried calling the KFC customer care line, closed. Thank you for ruining my dinner, my night and my love for KFC. I want this resolved asap. Do u have a Facebook page i can post the pics on? Or maybe twitter?"

This is what ive sent them and eventhough i went to the particular kfc outlet, im still awaiting a call from their western cape regional and the incident transpired on tuesday already.

Kfc does not seem to pride themselves in resolving their customer complaints.

Up until now no o e from head office has cared to respond to the ****roach in My Krusher!!!!!
