****roach found in Sparkling juice.

Standing in the que for very long at KFC on the 16/10/2015.Placed order at 21:16 only received food at 22:00. Requested that I wanted fresh wings. That was cooked in dirty oil. Staff even atmitted that they changed the oil the day before. Found ****roach in Sparkling Sunrise juice. Return back to KFC, Staff (Vuyiscka) Laughted at me while complaining regarding above. Then requested Superior to get back to me regarding sevice. No feedback to date 21/10/2015. Every time when I go there they dont have Ice cream but no notification for customers. Have to stand in the que for so long just to be told in front that the never ever have ice cream. <br> I took a video when I returned as proof how I got treated. This is really very discussting and unacceptable. POOR POOR POOR Service.<br>
