Clueless employees.

Jubilee mall KFC deserves 0 star, it's a pity there isn't. I received a KFC voucher from some survey panels I do online. So my wife was craving KFC, I WhatsApp the voucher number so she can buy. Surprisingly when she ordered, she was told KFC jubilee mall doesn't accept voucher payments she should go buy somewhere else.

So I sent mail to their head office to explain which branches takes vouchers and which don't, they just said I should sent them my contacts, well I did then that was it they never got back to me and I have emails to prove that. Poor service in all their departments. Jubilee mall employees should go back for training, they were not paying attention when taught how to do things. In simple words, they are just useless.
