Closing times

I have been to KFC Fynlands Bluff, Durban today before 20:30 and was turned away telling that it's closing time and everything is washed and put away. Closing time on the internet is 22:00 for all KFC. The other problem is that you can't ever buy off the KFC online store for this particular store but the other two KFC stores on the bluff, I can always order online and collect yet this KFC store is one minute from my house. Online store has specials that intore don't have.
