Closing time and Ice cream machine

KFC Bloemfontein, 105 Zastron street. On the internet is shows OPEN 24HRS but it closes at 22:00 ????? Then, could someone PLEASE ask the ice cream machine people to REMOVE all the machines from Bloemfontein KFC's because it's ALWAYS "out of order" what's the use of having a machine but it's not working.... makes me think is it real the machines or just the people who doesn't want to serve you???
