Closing complaints

<p>My complaint cas 243 998 ***4v5 has been closed without being handled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned in and gave my landline number for thw store to call me on, instead they called me 3 times withinn 2 minutes on my cell again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Which part of i am unable to answer my cellphone at work is so hard to understand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now. This complaint has not been handled so open it again and handle it. It is unacceptable to give people rotten coleslaw, under cooked chips and over cooked old hard chicken. </p> <p> </p> <p>This i not my first complaint with this store, neither have i complained about every issue i have ever had i have just had enough now. </p> <p> </p> <p>If they cant work properly close the store. And now head office customer care hust clises complints!!! Pathetic</p>
