Closing

Good day<br> <br> On sunday 27 december 2015 my husband and i, my parents, my brother, sister, brother in law and sister in law went to above mentioned branch to get take aways. We went to the front door where the security said that its close inside we must go to the drive tru. My parents first went, then another vehicle went and then my husband and i. By this time it was 22h07 when they assisted my parents and the other vehicle. While the second car pulled out, one of the employees came out and told us they are close they are closing at 22h00, but it was past 22h00 already. My husband then went to the window where above mentioned lady closed the window. He hooted and she opened the window told us that they are close, but on the windows and doors there are stickers saying 24 HOUR SERVICE ON WEEKENDS. My husband ordered what he wanted and the lady at the window said they dont have what he wants, but my parents took the same food. So i guess this was just done on purpose not to help us see that they insisted that they are close. We were really furious ,its our first time at the branch, but believe me after the service we got tonight we wont go there. BAD, POOR, SERVICE.
