closed before closing time

went KFC at 21.40 pm and the door were closed when they advertise the closing times at 22.00pm. After complaining to Lerato the manager we where let into the store. The cashier had an attitude and was extremely rude. The customers infront asked for chips and mash and gravy, she scream from the counter asking if those items were available, the kitchen staff screamed back saying no. We didnt want to wait any longer and as we walked out asked the manager for her name to report the incident only to be told they is stock available. Why only when we were going to report the incident were KFC going to serve us. we are disappointed as regular customers and will think twice before going back to the upper level of KFC Chatsworth.
