CLOSE YOUR DRIVE-THRU

I am very disappointed in the Drive Thru facility at the Lynnwood, Pretoria Branch. A drive-thru should be a quick and painless experience for people on the go. I visited the Lynnwood Branch this morning at 07:30. There was no attendant at the service window, I honked my car's hooter waited, honked waited ... no one came to assist me. I could hear them chatting loudly inside the facility but no one bothered to attend to the honking nor calling. I drove to the payment window and after awhile someone came to the window reluctantly. I enquired why there was no attendant at the order window and can she assistant. All she said sorry I cant take your order here ???? Come on people this is not service!!!!! Don't advertise breakfast if you cant serve breakfast. A drive-thru is meant to be quick efficient and friendly - your branch does not meet any of these requirements. Please rather close your drive thru facility then no one will be misled about the service offered and advertised.
