Last night 23-04-2015 went to Kentucky at Parow branch went through the drive-through after standing in the line for 10 mins we finally placed our order at one of the windows, payed and waited another 10 mins before collecting our order at the next window on arriving at the collection point we were told by the lady at the window we have to wait 15 mins as there is no chicken. Asking for the manager she got cross took her 5 mins to get the manager Ursula which also had no way of service did not even attempt to explain just gave our money back on asking her name she hit on her name plate on her shirt saying here is my name really how can Kentucky have such people serving customers. She did not say one word and as a manager were did she train very disappointed. I think they should close there doors as right next to them a brand new Nando's is opening.
