CLOSE KFC GREENFIELDS- TIRED OF ZERO SERVICE

I am tired of the poor service from this store and the zero regard it has for it's clients...KFC Greenfields might as well close bcz it is useless and dishonest. I ordered my meal from them at 18:11. It is now 19:48 and I haven't received anything. I am the one who has been phoning online and each time they say they will call me back quoting my cell number each time. Never in my life have received such ****ty service...they must just give my money back.
