Hi there,being an avid fan of kfc I decided to take my wife and son to the verulam kfc for a good supper after a long day...once I got there I went in the drive through I got my order taken and was advised that the order will be delayed by 3 to 5 minutes ...which is fine as I don't mind waiting for food that is prepared well....I was asked to wait in the parkinglot and did so for 20 + minutes only to be told that the hotwings I ordered with the meal was still being prepared.....??? Are the cutting the chicken at the back or what as this didn't make sense...after abt 35 minutes I got my food and decided to eat in the car as we were by this time starving and the food was cold and chips were oily ...I didn't make a scene I just left but I will make sure that none of my family or friends go to this branch .....unless they are prepared to wait and get ****py food....shame on you guys Kfc
