Clearly supposed to lick my fingers after eating

Ordered 9 nuggets and a streetwise 2 at KFC Birnam. The ordered punched in was 6 nuggets and they said they cannot alter it as I’ve already paid. My order was takeaway, I did not receive serviettes, tomato sauce and salt in the paper bag, so how am I supposed to enjoy my meal? Do we have to remind the staff to provide serviettes and sauces?
