Circus at KFC!

I was at the KFC in Randburg on Malibongwe on Friday evening 28/09/2018 and I was shocked to see how disorgansed the place was. We couldn't even get to the counter to place our order because the quick delivery people (Uber Eats and MR D etc.) were all lined right across the counter. There seemed to be no system of organisation at all and the place seems grossly understaffed. After we eventually managed to place our order it took forever to get our order i even had to push between the delivery guys in order to get someones attention and enquire as to where my order was. Turns out that my order had been ready but because of the circus my food was left in the trays from the back to get cold. The most disappointing thing I noticed was a man who I found there who when he went to enquire about his order noted that he'd been waiting for almost an hour!!!! He was offered extra chips and drink as an apology but I just think the branch needs to be managed better a more efficient system implemented to deal with the internet order versus walk in customers. I will not think twice before going to that branch again in the evening
