Chicken without meat

This is not the first time i bought from kfc Plettenberg bay the customer service is ok but they keep on giving me chicken that I can't eat it is a piece of bone with skin and when I took it back i was told that they could not take it back because I already touched it. As I know KFC's policy says they are not allowed to sell that chicken if it is not a good piece of chicken I would like some feedback ***
