Chicken with hair wrapped in it

Numerous pieces of chicken were covered in hair. Lodged a complaint online then went to the store to see the manager. He was unphased and said a regional would call and wasnt interested in the chicken we brought back with the hair. He then said his regional boss would call the next day. I am yet to receive a call.
