chicken will be ready in 15 minutes!!

The service is terrible, everytime i go there i have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken, while its not even busy.i have been to many KFC'S where i dont wait for more then 5 minutes. you on your lunch break from work and you running to KFC in bayside,you have to wait for 15 minues.
