CHICKEN RUN

KFC must be one of the worst franchises around. They do not have products advertised on "special deals" and they willingly offer an alternative at additional charge for something that is out of stock. I've had 3 similar experiences at 3 different stores in Durban at 3 alternative visits. The Regional Office's response was a horrifying, "sorry there's nothing we can do" approach No more KFC for me....
