Chicken not ready

Came to KFC AR 22:15 and ordered a streetwise 3,4 wings and pops. Firstly we were told that the pops are out of stock then that the chicken will take 15minutes to prepare. This is unexeptable as it is KFC and the chicken should be ready when the customer gets to the window. This is not the first time something like this happened and there was no kind of remoce showed as the cashier was shouting to someone inside for answers while we were at the window..... not good customer services at all. When the food finnaly got to the car in waiting area the staff had no ergancy at all,took the slip and went back inside. We waited 15 minutes for our order that was not a complicated order really.
