Chicken franchise that doesn't have chicken

This is insane a continuous battle to get any service from kfc savana mall in Polokwane this morning i just wanted to order a street wise 3 with chips and they can't help me because they ran out of chicken so please explain to me how a franchise that only sells chicken can't give me a simple chicken meal want me to wait so that they can prepare chicken how is this fast food. And 2nd of all they are manipulating the timer by not help the customers at the paying window but stopping them before and help them.
