Chicken fillet old and hard

I purchased a Singer Burger at KFC Bara Taxi Rank, Diepkloof for a take away. Was so disappointed when I got home to find a hard chicken fillet inside. It was so hard I could not even bite on it. The lettuce had brown marks on it . I was so disappointed and could not take it back as o had taken a taxi home already it was going to be an inconvenience for me to go back to Bara. I'm not happy at all about this, I ended up having to buy something else to eat. I purchased it today on the 11 September 2017. I need my money back or compensated for the bad food you guys served me.
