Chicken be Loco

Hi there,

For very long now I have been receiving such utterly bad service at KFC Pelican Park (Shoprite Centre) off Strandfontain Road. When ever I purchase anything from them, they will either not have from the item or it is cold or wrong item given. And you only notice these issues when you at home and then make your way back there, complain to them and all I get is a sorry and that's it. No REPLCAEMENTS or Comps.

The Ice Cream machine is never working, the drive thru menu not correct, drive thru order service box not working. I just had it with them as I purchased a KFC Bucket 2x weekends in a row and both times they have been cold and 6x pieces was raw. I was not near at the time to go back but if I was then would have demanded a refund for these to buckets and other meals I have wasted my funds on. Other branches are not like this and I have explained to them and yet, all I get is a sorry sir and nothing is being done about it.

Please advise soonest.
