when we go buy food -we do not go and read the terms and conditions first-nogal on the website-some of the clients are ordinary south africans that does not have access to the internet-this is *****ing business to advertise something which you do not sell and when you get a complaint you talk about the terms and conditions -really -we buy what we see DISRUPTIVE VALUE 7th, 14th & 21st AUGUST 2018 PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is KFC (Pty) Ltd. 2. This Promotion applies nationally across all KFC stores in the Republic of South Africa. 3. The Promotion will run exclusively on Tuesday the 07th, 14th & 21th of August 2018 (“Promotion Period”). 4. The Promotion shall commence at 11:01 and will end at 23:59, subject to the applicable participating store’s normal operating hours. 5. During the Promotion Period, customers may be eligible to purchase 5 pieces of chicken and 5 Zinger wings for R65 (Sixty-Five Rand Only) (“Promotional Item”) with the option to add 2 mini loaves for R10 (Ten Rand Only) (“Up-Trade Item”). 6. The Up-Trade Item is only available to customers on purchasing the Promotional Item. The Up-Trade Item may not be sold separately. 7. The Up – Trade Item is not transferrable and is not exchangeable for cash or any other menu item. 8. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the Promotion immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and staff. 9. KFC (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the availability of Promotional and/or Up-Trade Items. All Items are subject to stock availability.
