Cheated by KFC

My original complaint :

Please be advised that on 15 February 2023 I ordered the Streetwise Go 6 which included a 1.5lt Coke.

I was not given the cooldrink and told there was No Stock without being offered a rain check on the item and just told it was till stocks last and not even offered an alternate item.

I find it strange that the advert for this item is still running if it was till stocks last.

The manner in which this store dealt with this is really dissapointing for a new store.

I have never had this kind of issue with the original KFC Verulam (not Gaterite store).

Feel cheated and disaapointed.

The Promoter is KFC (Pty) Ltd. This Promotion applies to KFC stores in South Africa. This is an in-store only promotion. The Promotion will run exclusively from 7 February 2023 up to and including 23 February 2023 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion shall commence at 06:01 and will end at 23:59 every day during the Promotional Period, subject to the applicable participating store’s normal operating hours. The contents are noted.

However, if all the contents of your promotion was not available then your promotional offer ceases to exist.

You cannot sell me a partial promotion and as such I should have been advised that the promotion was not available. Basically I paid for a whole promotional offer and received 2/3 products which means I was ****** by paying for something I did not receive.

Very disappointed.

Your customers need to be made aware of this that they pay for a whole promotional offer and receive a partial purchase which makes no your promotion *********.
