Chased away by KFC cashier

To whom it may concern

30 November 2021 at about 19:45 I came to KFC Ninapark for 3 Oreo Crushers. I stood in the line for 30min. I eventually got to the front of the line where I was assisted by a lady cashier, or should I say nicely shown the door by her because she was lazy to work.

I asked for 3 oreo crushers. The lady said, and I qoute "eish, we don't have ice cream." I said to her that this is unacceptable becaue everytime I come to KFC Ninapark there is always a story, the machine is out of order or there is no ice cream or something. Is always wrong. I walked out the door. When I walked out I decided that I want to file a complaint because I have been keeping my mouth shut for way to long now, I walked back and asked for her name and she said to me that she made a joke, there is ice cream. When she said those words I lost my cool completely. Because this is completely unacceptable to me that you chase costumers away because you are LAZY to work. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she would pay for my crushers, and that she made a joke. While I'm talking to the manager she continuously interrupted the conversation trying to cover herself by offering to pay for my crushers and this is also very rude because she doesn't know her place it is very obvious that there is no discipline and chain of command in this restaurant.

In my opinion this is VERY unacceptable to refuse to help costumers because she is lazy to work. A lazy worker in a big name such as KFC is very humiliating and a disgrace to the owners of the company, not only is she making them lose money but she is also the reason why people would rather never buy at KFC again. Because of employees like this the company is getting a bad name and I can assure you that KFC Ninapark will never see me again and you can be sure of the fact that I will make this very clear to everyone that cross my path. I will not waist my time and money at a place that gives work to people that are lazy, rude and a complete HUMILIATION to the name of KFC. I refuse to be a costumer at such a place, I will not contribute to a LAZY and RUDE workers salary. Please give this serious attention because I can assure you this is NOT the first time this has happend. She is giving you a bad name and she is being the reason your costumers rather look for another take away restaurant.
