Charging me extra while not even giving me a complete order

<p>KFC Strubensvalley has charged me extra once again while not even giving me the complete order either. I ordered a hawaiin twister which the cashier just never rang up, and then ordering a streetwise feast, I asked for an additional large mash and gravy, but with the streetwise feast you already get two gravies with. I guess they decided on their own then that since I ordered an extra gravy, they will just leave out the two that I already paid for. Always getting pathetic service from this branch, will ju st take my money to a place that actually wants me to come back to them.</p>
