CHARGED FOR STREETWISE 2 BUT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN FOR ADD HOPE

So today KFC ONLINE decided to host a special whereby you get a streetwise 2 for only R2. I go onto my app place my order and add a roll and a mash and gravy to the order. I checked my order and then proceeded to pay. after paying I get a receipt which shows just the roll and the mash and gravy and my R2 was given to Add Hope. This is just *******. I was livered. I went to the store but unfortunately they couldn't help me. I tried to go online again and order the special again and I get a message to say I've reached the maximum quantity allowed. i use the app all the time. just imagine I didn't bring lunch today and then KFC decided to rob me too. I will never recommend KFC App to anyone. Dear KFC I want my money back.
