Charged for 3 items but 2 items were in the packet.

Went to KFC randpark ridge, placed an order for 3 items. I waited long for my order, people that came after me received their orders and they ordered something different. Minutes later I finally get my order, the cashier did not confirm my order out of frustration I left without checking it as well, I get home my Wife checks the order only to find we are charged for additional item that was not included in the packet.
